Deadlines has been met, the quality of the pool and equipment is great, the job foreman (Steve) has been responsive and rendered assistance as and when required, your accounts department (Steve O’Brien-Pounde) was very helpful dealing with and addressing numerous queries and Claire went out of her way to assisted us (my wife – Tracey) when we were dealing with Sydney Water approvals for the construction of our deck. I just wanted to send you a quick note to thank you and the team at Premier for the fantastic pool you’ve recently completed for us.

I must admit, my wife and I were a little worried when we started this project after a number of our friends shared their horror stories about their experiences with pool companies. Thankfully, our fears proved to be completely unfounded.

Our pool was the last major construction project for us (after the house and large rear patio area) and was by far the most trouble-free experience. Over the last 5 years we have dealt with various trades-people from all areas of the construction industry and none have performed as professionally as those your project manager, Steve Atkins, had work on our pool.

As you know, we wanted more than just a pool and our project involved integrating a rather large pump house with bathroom facilities. Steve was always prepared to go the extra mile and see to it that the whole job worked seamlessly, rather than only concentrate on his responsibilities with the pool. Often he would offer advice on the ‘Cabana’ ensuring all elements of the whole pool area integrated properly to achieve the desired result. At one point he carried almost a tonne of concrete, one bucket at a time, to re-concrete part of the patio that had nothing to do with the pool!
